Law of succession

The law firm advises domestic and international clients in the law of succession and represents its clients in order to assert and enforce their claims (as heirs, beneficiaries of the compulsory portion, legatees or creditors) or to defend against unjustified third party claims in succession disputes. Not least because of the changing developments in society and new types of unions, partnerships and personal relations and their legal status, a forward-looking estate planning is important and in case of disputes, the appointment of an attorney is advisable, in order to enforce one’s own rights or to defend against unjustified third party claims.

We assist you with forward-looking estate planning (e.g. testamentary arrangements, drafting of purchase or donation contracts, contracts regarding a donation upon death, drafting of waiver agreements regarding inheritances or right to a compulsory portion…), drafting of testaments, a transfer of business or finding an appropriate solution for compensation and the legally valid realisation of your estate planning ideas.
